About NIUK: Nigerians in the UK.

The Nigerians in the United Kingdom (NIUK) is a community created for Nigerians who live in the United Kingdom.

In March 2022 Benjamin Kuti created a Twitter Community for Nigerians and reached out to the founding members (Dr Simisola Alabi, Violet Ibeh, and Sikiru Owolewa) and requested that they join him to lead the community on Twitter and subsequently on other activities and it grew to 20,000 members and over 60,000 followers on Twitter.

NIUK is a registered company under the UK Companies House with trading name Nigerians In The UK Ltd since November 2022.

It was created with the primary intent of ensuring that no Nigerian relocates or visits the UK, without getting all the help that they can get in order to make their integration into the UK space, easier.
